In order to provide a low-risk investment you invest a maximum of 70% Loan to the Value of the property. That means, if we can sell a property at market rate for $500,000, we ask that you invest no more than $350,000. We use your investment funds to acquire, renovate, and re-sell the property. All the while we are paying you 8% annual return on your $350,000. For example, if we kept your funds for 4 months your earned interest would be $9,332 (see Example 3 below).
