"IN THE MOMENT" FLIP
FRONT
This might be our favorite exterior transformation. There was a fair bit of dry rot repairs to be done before paint, but this dark gray paint paired with bright white trim and a pop of color on the front door just say "welcome home". The new roof and fresh landscaping doesn't hurt either!
ENTRYWAY
Could one love this door color more?! In The Moment by Behr was voted "Color of the Year" in 2018.
DINING ROOM
The combination of gray paint, new white baseboards, a stunning light fixture, and new laminate flooring do wonders here.
LIVING ROOM
This fireplace makes our heart swoon. New black and white tiles, fresh white paint on the mantle, and white shiplap installed on the top give it a modern yet classic feel.
KITCHEN
The kitchen was destroyed, but the layout was solid. We installed new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, white shaker style cabinets, white subway tile backsplash with dark grey grout, a new sink and faucet, AND new black knobs to make a stylish and functional kitchen.
BEDROOMS
The bedrooms were all given new carpet and baseboards, new fans, and a fresh coat of grey paint and white trim (look at those baseboards pop!)
GUEST BATH
A new vanity, granite countertop, sink, faucet, light fixtures and wood mirror give this bathroom warm cozy look. While the newly painted shower tile makes it feel clean and bright.
MASTER BATH
New large tile flooring, vanity, quartz countertop, sinks, faucets, mirrors, light fixture, and knobs bring little luxury to this master bathroom.
BACKYARD
Together with the clean landscaping and the pool guy working his magic, we brought some life back into this beautiful backyard.
