THE STEM FLIP
A new paint color and a brightly painted front door went a long way giving this home some serious curb appeal.
The living room was transformed with new laminate flooring, white baseboards, and new interior paint throughout. The fireplace got a facelift with a bit of woodwork and was painted white.
The hutch was painted gray and a new black chandelier completes the dining nook.
The kitchen was completely transformed with new white shaker cabinets, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash, a new stainless steel sink and faucet, and new knobs to match.
The bedrooms were all given new paint on the walls and trim, new baseboards and carpet, and a new light fixture.
The guest bath got the works with a new painted tile surround, a new vanity with quartz countertop, a new toilet, mirror, faucets, and fixtures throughout.
The master bathroom also got the complete works with all new everything! Its a small yet functional space!
The laundry room was in the garage, but the hookups were still in this room being used as storage. With a little reconfiguring we were able to bring the original laundry room up to date. Complete with this fun tile. Who wouldn't' want to do laundry in here!?
The backyard was in need of some TLC. We gave it a good trimming, fixed a lot of drainage/sprinker issues, and gave it some new bark.
