Before & After Gallery

Each home is different and comes with its own set of challenges.  We try to bring out the best in every house, highlighting the unique character and charm each individual home naturally possess.  The reveal never gets old. Here's a few of our favorite and most dramatic transformations...

Located in a 55+ community this home was well taken care of but outdated.  We gave this 2 Bed 2 Bath home some serious love and brought it into the 21st century with some modern gray paint, white cabinets, and beautiful quartz countertops.  The interior doors and closet doors even got a facelift with custom trim pieces to give them an upgraded look.

The moment I walked into this home I saw the potential, but before that could be realized, there was some serious work that needed to be done.  This home is one for the books, and is a proud accomplishment of our team.  Before we could do anything, we had to get this place cleared out.  This entailed renting a 40 foot dumpster for a week and filling it TWICE, to the very top.  We also donated as much of it as we possibly could.

Paint is such a huge factor when it comes to renovating a home or space. The right color can make all the difference.  This home was given a dramatic dark gray paint color with bright white trim, changing the whole look and feel of the house.  The front door was painted a happy teal color named "In the Moment" by Behr to bring a little cheer to this dramatic exterior.

Today's buyers love an open floor plan.  Many houses we rehab have pony walls, or other structures dividing the rooms.  This house had an entertainment center dividing up the kitchen and living areas.  By removing it we made the room look HUGE, and gave it a whole new appealing look and flow.

We could see the potential as soon as we laid eyes on this home.  In the living room we removed the pony wall dividing the rooms and gave the gorgeous fireplace a fresh white coat of paint.  The once dark and outdated room looks bright and inviting and makes us want to roll our couch straight in and make ourselves at home.

This sprawling home was in great condition behind the scenes, but was looking a little tired and rundown. We freshened it up by painting the exterior, and brought it into the modern world with an all new kitchen, flooring, countertops, bathrooms, and light fixtures.

The work we do on the surface is what gets the most attention, but its the unseen work that really challenges us.  Plumbing and electrical work are usually needed to make a home updated and safe for a new family, and this home was no exception.  The final transformation, both seen and unseen make this home one of my favorites!
