THE HEART FLIP
Exterior paint was updated from tan to a creamy white with greige (grey/beige) trim color. Making the exterior look so much more bright and cheery!
Along with taking the front screen off, removing the awning, and cleaning up the landscaping, the front door was giving a fresh, dramatic "blueberry" color.
We removed the pony wall, installed new laminate flooring, and baseboards and gave the whole interior a fresh coat of gray paint.
The fireplace was given a facelift with this beautiful tile and the mantle was given a fresh coat of paint. The results are stunning!
The kitchen cabinets were replaced with new white shaker cabinets, and new granite countertops give this kitchen a much needed update. New appliances, faucet, and white subway tile backsplash complete the look.
What dining room isn't complete with a new chandelier?!

The guest bath was given new paint, cute hexagon tile on the floor, a new vanity and quartz countertop, a new toilet, mirror, light fixture, faucet, and fixtures. A long list of items but it came out looking clean and simple, which gets a thumbs up from us.
We ran plumbing to have 2 sinks in the master bathroom. Pretty much everything is new; the toilet, fixtures, faucets, vanity, countertop, mirror, and my favorite tile flooring.
The backyard got a good trimming, sprinkler repairs, and fresh bark.
