THE HEART FLIP

FRONT

Exterior paint was updated from tan to a creamy white with greige (grey/beige) trim color.  Making the exterior look so much more bright and cheery!

ENTRYWAY

Along with taking the front screen off, removing the awning, and cleaning up the landscaping, the front door was giving a fresh, dramatic "blueberry" color.

The kitchen cabinets were replaced with new white shaker cabinets, and new granite countertops give this kitchen a much needed update.  New appliances, faucet, and white subway tile backsplash complete the look.

BEDROOMS

The bedrooms were all given a fresh coat of grey paint and white trim.  Each door was also given decorative "X" molding to add some interest on a budget.  This little trick came from www.jennasuedesign.com.  Give her page a look, she has lots of wonderful DIY tips and tricks!  <<https://blog.jennasuedesign.com/2016/10/diy-closet-door-trim-tutorial/>>

GUEST BATH

The guest bath was given new paint, cute hexagon tile on the floor, a new vanity and quartz countertop, a new toilet, mirror, light fixture, faucet, and fixtures.  A long list of items but it came out looking clean and simple, which gets a thumbs up from us.

MASTER BATH

We ran plumbing to have 2 sinks in the master bathroom.  Pretty much everything is new; the toilet, fixtures, faucets, vanity, countertop, mirror, and my favorite tile flooring.
